The Terrace Restaurant The Terrace restaurant is equipped with modern conveniences. It owns an extremely beautiful view toward Huong River. The Riverside Restaurant The Riverside restaurant is on the ground floor of the hotel. It is surrounded with tropical flowers and plants, and has a beautiful swimming pool. In front of the restaurant is the Huong River with its water reflecting an emerald color. Customers can enjoy a cool fresh air and view the scenery of Hue by night at the front lobby of the restaurant. The restaurant serves both Asian and Western dishes, which meet the need of fetes, reception parties, seminar and conferences. The Imperial Restaurant The Imperial restaurant is decorated ornately and impressively with Hue imperial style. It serves customers with royal dishes, each of which is an exceptional work of art. At the restaurant, customers could enjoy traditional royal music of Hue ancient capital. Opening from 10.00 am to 10.00 pm every day Capacity : 40 participants
The VIP 3 Restaurant The VIP 3 restaurant is on the first floor with a large lounge viewing toward a pool. The restaurant serves the dishes at request - both western foods and/or Hue specialties. The Full House Restaurant The Full House Restaurant belongs to the New Century Food and Drink Center. It is a newly-built restaurant with complete and modern equipments. The Full House restaurant covers over 600 square meters with a cool aired atmosphere by the bank of Huong River, viewing towards a green pasture, an open-air swimming pool and a poetic river. Opening from 10.00 am to 10.00 pm every day Capacity : 750 to 800 participants

CONFERENCE & EVENTS

A system of conference halls with modern equipments linked together, which consists of a New Century Service Center for Holding Events, and a system of 05 Conference halls inside the hotel with 01 big room, 01 medium room and 03 rooms for discussion sessions.

New Century Service Center has just been perfectly built right inside the yard, and to the left of the hotel. It is located at an extremely beautiful position by the bank of Huong River. With its modern equipments and facilities, the Center is an ideal place to hold conferences and discussion sessions with up to 800 (eight hundred) participants.

The Pagoda Conference room is the second big room, together with other 3 smaller conference rooms (the Imperial room, the Citadel room and the VIP 3 room ), locates on the first floor of the hotel. They all form a system of connected conference rooms, which are very convenient for conferences, seminars and discussion sessions with more than 400 participants.
