The five-day program will feature a series of workshops focused on cultivating hospitality training effectiveness and excellence by developing department trainers potential for practical and professional application. The vision of the program is to develop domestic talents and certify department trainers for the hospitality industry in Nha Trang. Sessions will be facilitated by EI’s Certified Hospitality Trainer – CHT and will include discussions about training overview, four step training method, learning, communication, orientation, using audiovisual aids, group training, and one-on-one training.
