Article 23. Revenue of the Association
1. Application fees
2. Membership fees as regulated.
3. Finance from domestic and foreign organizations and individuals in accordance with applicable laws.
4. Other legal incomings.
Article 24. Expenditures of the Association
The expenditures are subject to Regulation on finance and assets management including salary payment, expenses for business trip, costs for collaborators, facilities, communications, charity and other reasonable expenses decided by the Executive Board.
Article 25. Management and use of finance and assets of the Association
1. The Executive Board issue regulations on management and use of finance and assets of the Association in accordance with laws of the State.
2. The Executive Board is responsible for inspection and preparation of financial statement and annual disclosure of assets to the members.
3. In case, the Association is disccolved, its finance and assets shall be inventoried and processed in accordance with laws.
Chapter VI
AWARDS AND DISCIPLINE
Article 26. Awards
A member of the Association, a member of the Executive Board, the Supervisory Board, staff and officer of the Association make significant achievements contributing to the development of the Association and the development of hotel and tourism shall be rewarded by the Association or submitted to competent authorities to be rewarded.
Article 27. Discipline
A member of the Association, a member of the Executive Board, the Supervisory Board, a staff or an officer of the Association violating the Charter or resolutions of the Association causing damages to the Association’s prestige and honour; failing to attend periodical meeting without any reasonable reason; and failing to make payment for membership fees shall be respectively critised, blamed, warned or deleted its name in the list of Association’s members or sent to competent authorities to solve in accordance with applicable laws
Chapter VII
EXECUTION PROVISIONS
Article 28. Amendments and supplements to the Charter
The amendments and supplements to the Charter must be approved by at least ½ of the members and Vietnam Tourism Association to take effect.
Article 29. Validity
1. The Charter consisting of 7 chapters, 29 articles is formally approved by the meeting of the Association in the 1st term on 10 January 2010.
The Charter shall be invalid if the Association ceases its activities or is dissolved.
2. The Charter takes effect in accordance with the Decision issued by Vietnam Tourim Association.
