Poor Location; Great Hotel

This is an oddly named but beautiful hotel located too far outside Hue. Shuttle service should be amped up, given the hotel's location. Rooms are gorgeous, the swimming pool so beautiful but unused by us due to chilly temps, and the personnel charming and helpful.

Wonderful hideaway but yet close to visiting sites
Best hotel in Hue
was lucky enough to be in hue with no rain but instead good sunny weather. hotel was near the tombs. if you are looking for a 5 star hotel and if you do not mind being away from the city, this is the place to stay! they also have a billiard room. my only complain is that the tv in the room was the conventional 20 inch crt tv. would have expected a plasma/lcd tv instead given that its marketed as a small luxury boutique hotel!

An international standard hotel/resort/spa.
Large, well appointed rooms and very friendly staff
rooms were large and comfortable although they have to work on exhaust in bathrooms. very damp. staff were marvellous and a delight to talk to. breakfast selection excellent as was dinner in main restaurant although mixed grill was served cold. pool and spa facilities were first class. overall an 8/10.

amazing hotel with very friendly staff
Good food, stunning landscape, good security
Upon check in, the staff informed us that not only will they let us check in early after a long trip but that they were going to upgrade us as well! We managed to have great breakfasts, and the staff were always very friendly when walking around the hotel complex. The hotel also offers many services such as massages, facials and has a large pool. Unfortunately we didnt get to use the pool as the weather did not permit but nevertheless it was just as lovely as everything else. Nothing was a bother with this hotel and should i return to Hue, i will stay with Pilgrimage Hue.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: The staff are very he helpful with providing maps and information regarding local sights. If you ask the girls at the counter they will help you!

Beautiful boutique hotel.
Lush surrounds, excellent service
A beautiful resort slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of Hue. The honeymoon villas were excellent. We will definitely come back.

Gorgeous place to escape
Beautiful room, lovely staff
We had a three night stay at the Pilgrimage over New Years, and had a lovely stay. Our honeymoon pool hut was gorgeous, exceeding our expectations, and every detail was attended to. The staff were friendly, especially when my partner was unwell, and made us feel very welcome. A real treat to stay here - definitely a splurge!
