Room is clean, walking distance to the
beach
The hotel is quite close to the beach by
walk.There are a lot of restaurant aside of beach and the beach is very very
nice.The room is clean and not small. It equips with all amenities I need and
the towel is new and changed every day. However, it is far from the city center
so that you need take a taxi from train station or airport for about 100,000
VND. Hotel staff is friendly but cannot speak English very well, you need write
your question and let them use google translation to translate it sometimes.

Smelly
Room, Bad Location, Average Staff
Getting out of there and Danang
we regrettably stayed in danang for 2
nights due to the train from hanoi
to saigon being full. the hotel was situated far away from the city center with
absolutely nothing around it, not even a restaurant. the hotel staff didn't
speak very good english, although they did look after our baggage when we had
to leave after check out. breakfast was really limited and very poor. our room
smelt like mould and off fish. we were also woken by cleaners chit chatting in
the hallway at 6am. the only good thing about this hotel was that the bed was
comfortable.
Tips on sightseeing: Don't bother
staying in the hotel nor the whole city of Danang, go to the movies if you have to stay
there or stay in Hoi An.

Location to beach was excellent. Very nice
room with very good services. Staff very friendly and helpful. Value for money.

Could
be better
Cheap, walking distance from the beach
spent there only one night, before haeding
to hoi an. place is quite far away from city center, so you have to rely on
taxi waiting outside the hotel. staff speaks very little english, but behaves
very polite. i was not offered breakfast, even if it ws suppose to be included
in my reservation. hot water runs out fast, so hurry up with your shower.
Tips on hotel characteristics: Taxi drivers don't
know this hotel as Pearl
Sea, so you have to refer
to it's local name Bien Ngoc.
