Modern Clean well serviced. it is very isolated (which might suit some people) 30mins plus to anywhere by taxi. nothing is close. their vietnam food was average and very little available for those who do not like vietnamese food. but i repeat the management and staff were obliging friedly and cheerful albeit they have a poor grasp of english. poor tv reception.
Shopping Tip: if you're in vietnam for shopping this is not the place to stay it is too far away from any shops.

Affordable Luxury and Service like no other....

Quiet Location away from the hustle and bustle
the staff were well trained and extremely hospitable. luxury within everyone's budget.

Lovely hotel; needs facilities and maintenance

Villas are big. We went for 2 nights. the hotel villas were nice and spacious. firstly, the location of the resort is quiet far from the main beach resorts. the villas have not been maintained very well. there were dampness in walls and our entrance door lock never worked. sometime it will take hours for engineer to come and fix and it will not work the next time. hotel staff is generally nice. however, they are little difficult to deal with. took them 25 minutes for check-out with no-one checking our before us. on our way back to airport, they called the taxi driver and asked him to get us back to hotel because we have not paid the bill. taxi driver (arranged by the hotel) decided to return without asking us whether we will miss flight or not. when we spoke to hotel staff that we just cleared the bills before leaving, they apologized and said they didn;t check before making the call.

A beautiful resort

Big room, good view and very friendly staffs. My 4 days stay with the resort is one of the best time spent. The reception staffs was very friendly and the check-in process was done in very quick time and even have a welcome drink to welcome guest tooThe resort is very clean and tidy in the exterior area. The room is very nicely decorated and very clean neat too the room even have flower as decoration. The water pressure is very good, in fact one of the best I have come across after staying so many hotel throughout Vietnam. I had a very good time taking shower with the hot water in the outdoor shower bath and really enjoyed it very much especially since the weather is now very cold winter. The breakfast is awesome and the portion is very big too. On my first day arrival, was given a free set dinner and it was very delicious and fulfilling. Had a free coupon for message in the resort so had a gd time....the hotel also provided a free transfer for guest so I booked the service and travel to place like hoi an old town, marble mountain and monkey mountain etc etc. The beach front room view was fantastic and wonderful, rested on the decker/ beach chair and the beach front breeze and weather was so wonderful just chill out. The wether is turning cold so those afraid of cold pls get a jacket... The pool is clean too, had a good dip though the weather was very cold.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Even though it's good to just relax and chill out in the resort I strongly suggest making a trip to Hoi An for a half day trip. The ancient town is very nice. You can measure, make and tailor clothing and they can do and deliver within 24/48 hrs and the clothing I had tailor for is perfect fit. In hoi an you can also enjoy good tasting food. Handmade souvenir stuffs are also available and very nice and cheap too.

Gorgeous beachfront paradise

Huge villas with private cabana and pool. Exceptional stay at Son tra, the villas are huge and are great for two couples to share. We were the only people on the beach which was fantastic for swimming and relaxing. The pools are very clean and the villa while a little warn was clean. Choose the beachfront the small price difference is worth every penny. The breakfast is huge and was delicious, the other meals were okay. We brought fruits and wine as there is nowhere to go except the hotel restaurant.
Restaurant Tip: Bring snacks there isn't anything around

Beautiful scenic location

Private beach, own pool. i travelled with a friend and we had an ocean villa. the villa had 2 bedrooms each with a door opening onto the pool/beach. we had our own pool overlooking the ocean. it was a beautifully location with gorgeous views. staff were friendly, at times they struggled to understand english but overall they were great. the resort and your rooms (including pool etc) were always clean and tidy. spa treatments were also lovely. it was nice and quiet and a short cab fare into town.i would definitely go back!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: The resort is very close to the Buddha'a temple. I would recommend going there, it is a beautiful and spiritual place. Even for those that are not religious.
