the rooms are quite comfortable but a little bit pricy. we paid for a double room. very good that there is a computer in the room but the wifi is very slow. the bathroom's wall is made of oblique class. a little bit embarrassing. the location is excellent. within walking distance to the hcm museum and return sword lake

If I could I would give it an 11 out of 10.
The best bed we have slept in in all of Asia. Clean, large room, great shower and fantastic staff.
This was the last place we stayed in Vietnam. hidden away in a small lane right in the old quarter was this hidden gem. the rooms were always clean and so welcoming. right from the time we entered the door the staff always were there if any help was needed. the breakfast was made fresh to order of a menu and the banana pancakes are as good as they sound. the room even had a computer and a huge window.The hotel organized tours for us and recommended a great restaurant 4 doors down.we were within walking distance of many things. i would recommend this hotel to any age. Well done Royal Palace.

Good Value Hotel
friendly staff, large room with city view, good choice for breakfast
of all the hotels we stayed at in hanoi, this was the best value for money and best location. the rooms are suprising spacious and quiet, have air con and internet with computer in the room and the front of house staff are good ' for example, they did not charge us extra for the early check'in but the hotel next door wanted to. our room also had large window and city view, which we found to be a bonus in many hotels in hanoi, and safer in case of fires. the breaksfast is very basis but lots of cafes nearby.

“Great value, location and service”
Big, clean and comfotable room, friendly staff
Booked based on existing good reviews. it has to be the best boutique hotel in Hanoi. great location, great rooms, great staff. rooms are stylish and nicely decorated and clean. very friendly staff. free wi fi everywhere, including Wifi and computers available in each room (never seen this in any other hotels). They also organised all our travel up to Sapa and down to Halong Bay for very reasonable prices. We will definitely stay there if we go back to Hanoi.

Royal Palace Hotel is great value for the money! The rooms are comfortable and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. That is in large part due to the friendly and helpful staff who work there, especially Mr. Huy really take care for all the guests has checked in for stay and well organized for the trip to Halong Bay as well as to Sapa...The cost is really worth to pay off for the services as this may not able to get it from the other hotels.
