old and trusted
this hotel is clean and trusted... the rooms need upgrading its like staying in a hotel from the 80's ! they charge for wifi.

location to my office
nikko hotel needs updating badly. wifi or internet is chargeable, in these days it should be standard for all 4 to 5 star hotels. in fact the smaller boutique and bag packers hotels are already providing it free ! good thing about the hotel facilities is clean. i have been staying there many time already and yet they don't recognize my name no welcome fruit basket nothing. they cater more to the japanese patrons.

hotel staffs. Excellent hotel staffs with good english at both the hotel lobby and restaurant areas. This hotel is reasonable for business stay. However, if one wishes to have sight seeing, then, should consider other hotels

I was travel with my friend by bike to go hotel , people looks at us like no money to stay here , they help and carry other people not us , when i check in and check out , with the same look , does not friendly and nice to customer , the facility is ok , swimming pool is ok but spa jacuzi water is cold , it should be hot
